Happy New Year Day 2013
I am almost getting caught up on our first two years. Here is Meeko and I on our first New Years Day almost 8 months old. I will be posting more later this week from our first two years, still have so much to tell you about our exciting adventures in Minot, North Dakota. Also here are a few videos that mom took of us, not to long ago.
Walking in a winter wonderland in Decemeber
Now that we are all better from that surgery that they thought was necessary, mom is out taking us for walks again. Of course she says it is to cold here and doesn't know why anyone would settle up here back in the olden days. She said no human being can adjust to this temp, but for me and Meeko , this weather is awesome. It feels great to have the wind blow through my coat and the snow between my toes.
Do not trust an animal doctor
Mom and Dad took us to the vet and the vet seemed really nice. They say they are doctors for animals. Mom and dad said they would be back later that day to pick us up. The vet and those people that worked there were real nice to us until they started poking us. Of course what ever they gave me put me to sleep right away but when I wore up. Holy crud, They took a part of me that no one should ever take. And Meeko was sore on her belly. Later that day, mom and dad came in and the vet used the words Spay and Neuter and gave them some meds and said we needed to rest. I couldn't keep my eyes open on the way home and Meeko seemed to be bouncing back to normal. Even though they cut her belly, she didn't seem to be in much pain. All I know is I had pain, where no male should ever have pain. So with that being said, Never trust a vet even a nice one.
